During my time in France, I had the privilege of studying at prestigious institutions that honed my knowledge and expertise in the field of nutrition. I completed a culinary apprenticeship at La Cité des Formations (CFA Tours). This comprehensive program provided me with a solid foundation in understanding the principles of nutrition, meal prep, and serving, and how it impacts our overall well-being.

Additionally, I gained valuable hands-on experience through this apprenticeship and training facilities. Working alongside experienced professional chefs allowed me to witness firsthand the practical application of nutritional concepts and develop a deep understanding of the challenges faced by individuals seeking to improve their dietary habits.

What sets me apart is my collection of certifications obtained throughout my journey in France. I am proud to hold certifications in various specialized areas of cooking and nutrition, making me uniquely qualified to guide others on their path to optimal health.
